How sourcing works with FulfillCN.
Do you replace a buying office?
No. FulfillCN provides logistics-led sourcing support: supplier coordination, sample handling and operational readiness. You keep control of product decisions while we make sure they are executable in the warehouse.
I already have a supplier. Can you still help?
Yes. Many clients start mid-way: we take over from factory verification, pre-shipment QC or simply the warehouse handoff, depending on where you need support.
Who pays the factory?
You pay suppliers directly. FulfillCN does not mark up product cost. Our role is coordination, inspection and the fulfillment work that follows.
Can you consolidate several factories into one shipment?
Yes. Multiple supplier batches are received in our warehouse, checked, sorted into SKU batches and prepared as a single fulfillment or freight plan.
What happens if quality problems are found?
Issues found at pre-shipment QC are documented with photos before balance payment or release, so you can resolve them with the factory while the goods are still on their side.
Does sourcing include shipping?
Sourcing ends at the warehouse; from there our fulfillment and shipping teams quote express, air, sea or DDP routes using the real carton weights and volumes of your goods.
